I received the following notice that my ZNE membership has been cancelled.   I don't know why this happened.   I had to change my Paypal credit card number because of a lost card, which apparently automatically cancelled the ZNE yearly membership I paid for.   Do you know how I could get my membership reinstated?   Thanks for giving this your consideration, sincerely - Gail

First of all, it is most likely that your membership with ZNE is intact and fine.  Second, this question comes up so very often - we have dedicated an entire page on the website to the answer - check it out:
