Long overdue for a post!

Two fun things!

First, one of my newest girls, a stock Cloud Nine Bowl ~ in the cutest bed, that I purchased from Katie Trott at Handmade Parade a few months ago.  My C9B is named LaVerne, but my girls all call her LaLa, so - what can a dolly mom do?  I call her LaLa now, too.

She is hanging out with Riley, my custom MRB.  LaLa and Riley have become the best of friends!

Next, another fellow artist and ZNE member is out of the doll closet, proclaiming her love for all things Blythe via her new doll blog.

Congratulations, and welcome to the fold Gina. If you are every in California, come visit, and bring your girls along.  My girls always love visitors!

Welcoming dolly friends.

It's been a bit since I've had time for a nice post, and my digi camera was lost/stolen (!) so I figured I'd pull a picture from my dolly file, and share it with you.

This is the ledge on the dividing wall between the front living room and the family room in my house.

Usually it is empty, but I set out some "friends" (!) to welcome guests to the Blythe Meet I hosted in September.  From left to right you can see my vintage Bradley doll, a vintage cupie in the cutest little hand made felt clown outfit, a tiny little vintage doll lying on her side, resting on a pillow (she is in her bedlcothes, and on the phone!), one of my vintage dollikins from 1972, two little vintage babie dolls, in original outfits, a modern tattoo themed My Scene barbie (I couldn't resist) and another vintage kewpie.

Just a tiny little menagerie of my never ending collection.  : D

Marvelous Mail Call ~

And here we have Bluebelle again, my mini-pullip.  She is holding another dearly loved contribution to our Club LIttle House bunch of goodies.

Amy Powers of Inspire Co. must have spent days licking the flaps on all these tiny envelopes and stamps - tee hee!

She included a fabulous mini package - complete with a miniature version of that fabulous Inspire Co. tape.  Is this when we know we have made it in the world?  When we have personalized pacing tape? I suspect so. 

All the girls are absolutely thrilled with this incredible miniature mail call.  There is a letter for each one of them.  Woo Hoo!
