Deb K. Neerman is an American artist living in West Palm Beach, Florida, with her husband and two Persian kitties . 

Deb says that art is her full-time job and that she is happiest when creating.  She has been successful in many styles of altered art - such as assemblage, collage, paper bag books and paper pieceing - to name just a few.  Deb's eBay listings have been very successful and she is frequently seen on their "Pulse" page. 

Deb is a very active member of ZNE, her art, contributions and articles can be found in The ZNE Zine innaugural issue, as well as the (yet to be released) ZNE Zine issue #2.  She also serves as the Membership Coordinator for the group.  Her contributions are greatly valued, and appreciated!

Deb's pieces are some of my most treasured pieces of art and are displayed proudly in my home and at my office! I love my paper bag albums, assemblages, and other unique and one of a kind items I have purchased from Deb.
