Joanna Grant (aka Joanna Banana) is a collage/mixed media artist living on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. She draws inspiration from many sources including her love for music and nature, and the study of metaphysics.

For the past several years, her work has concentrated on taking materials that would otherwise end up in our landfills and recycling it into collage art. "I just love to take scraps and bits of stuff that would normally be thrown out and turn it into little treasures for people to cherish. It is very satisfying for both myself and my customers to know we're making even the smallest impact on improving our environment by recycling."

The "Joanna Banana Design Originals" line of collage art, cards, pendants, magnets, altered art dolls & books and is sold through Ebay.com,  and internationally in galleries and through fine arts & crafts shows. Her work has been published in Somerset Studio magazine as well.

WOW....how in the world did I miss leaving a comment for one of my favorite ZNE'rs???? I must have been on another planet to miss this!! CONGRATS!! I actually LOVE using the 2 collage CD's that I bought from this lady!!!
