Description:  This cheerful, vintage collage belt buckle was created by the artist Barbe Saint John. 

Barbe incorporates a vintage postcard image with a three dimensional hand cast and painted bird on top.  The bird is cast from a vintage piece in Barbe's collection. The artwork is placed and sealed in a antique brass color rounded rectangle buckle and is sweet and girly.

This is an incredible piece of workmanship, and an original.

A piece of art for display in and of itself, it has a utilitarian though still artsy role as well, as it can be attached to a belt and worn with many different styles of outfits.
