Wow, I'm excited about the book, I read chapter 1...and want to know more. I liked how Chel's image shows the struggle between two worlds. I have been to Forks, didn't see vampires. and when we were there in June about 10 years ago, I don't think it rained a bit......i understand that was pretty unusual....but what I love about rain is the green....it is so vivid. but I'm guessing Bella was a bit freaked by green, especially if she was use to warm desert tones. But there were two colors mentioned in the reading.....the red truck, and the wet green. the rest of it was pretty grey....i could understand her claustrophobia in her new location. but I love the green in the rain, sorry Bella. - Donna Cook
